A slow and methodical massage that is meant to open lymphatic capillaries and allow fluid to move. MLD activates the lymphatic system to assist lymphatic flow and aid in the drainage of tissues. Excellent for stagnation, inflammation and congestion in tissue. Beneficial for those suffering from lymphedema, post surgery, and to support immune function. I integrate scar tissue release and SMRT in as well. Contraindications: kidney failure, congestive heart failure, active blood clots, infection and bleeding.

An extended bodywork session designed for client who benefit from more time and a comprehensive approach to therapeutic bodywork. Ideal when multiple areas need attention or when you prefer a slower, more thorough session without feeling rushed.
